But three months later, the customers churning weren't the ones who lacked integrations — they were the ones who had them but couldn't do anything meaningful with them. We'd built pipes. We hadn't built leverage. The shift: instead of adding connector #16, we're going three layers deep on the five integrations our highest-LTV customers actually use. Fewer integrations.
